Update: Apparently, I'm not the only thinking about this. http://forum.musicasacra.com/forum/discussion/4447/150-indispensable-catholic-hymns
As someone noted, sounds a lot like the Adoremus Hymnal, which we use/used at Latin Mass for years.
I've been thinking of a basic, "Must Know" list of music for our group - the sorts of music pieces that we should be able to sing at the drop of a hat, whenever necessary.
Below that list. Maybe you want to check off the ones you already know, the ones you've sung but maybe didn't stick, & the ones that you've never heard before. Let me know what you think.

K. Allen's Panis Angelicus, Transposed (-5)
We will sing Panis Angelicus on March 22. Please solfege your music & practice it that way as much as possible.
I made these terrible recordings of Panis dropped 5 half-steps, as we will likely sing it. If needs be, we can drop it another step (see why solfege is awesome?).
1st PART - SOPRANO
2nd PART - ALTO
3rd PART - TENOR
HERE is the link to the Corpus Christi Watershed site with all of the non-transposed practice videos (it's also on the sidebar). You will definitely want to keep practicing with those, too.
Solfege, solfege, solfege, solfege, solfege, solfege......
